Submit a maintenance notice

1. Log in toÌý
2. Select Service > Create service/Change request
3. Select the Customer Name
4. Select the Category and Type for the product or service you are updating
5. Under Item, you can create three types of customer maintenance requests:

- Customer Maintenance - Location: if the maintenance will be performed on an entire location - such as a floor, building or site
- Customer Maintenance - Managed Entity/Instance: if the maintenance will be performed on a specific device or entity
- Customer Maintenance with Assistance: if the maintenance will need Â鶹ÊÓƵ engineer’s assistance

6. Enter your own custom Title and Objective for the changeÌý
7. Enter the Start Date and Time and Completed Date and Time for your planned maintenance
8. Click Add Inventory to select the services that will be impacted by the maintenance
9. Submit the request to notify Â鶹ÊÓƵ or Save as Draft to submit at a later time
