2. Select Service > View inventory
Search or filter for specific services
You can search or filter your inventory to easily find a specific product or service.Ìý

3.ÌýSearch:Ìý search by the address or service ID or select another option from the drop-down menu

4.ÌýFilter:ÌýclickÌýto easily filter your inventory or sort your services using the left-hand navigation

You can filter by:
Ìý
- Service:Ìýto view services by product family
- Service groups:Ìýto see the custom service groups created by your primary contact
- Location:Ìýto view your services in a specific country, state or region
- Managed services:Ìýto see your services managed by Â鶹ÊÓƵ
View the details of your service
5. Click + next to a service identifier to see additional information. From this screen, you can quickly:

- Create a change or service request
- Move, add, change or disconnect the service
- View or change your site access hours
- Create a repair ticket to report an issue you’re experiencing
- Perform circuit testing
- View any of your alarms, events or previous tickets

6. ClickÌýView Inventory DetailsÌýfor more detailed information. This option is available only for particular services

Download a copy of your inventory
7. ClickÌýto export a csv file of your filtered inventory list

8. Select Service > Service inventory reports

9. Select the type of report you'd like to run from the drop-down or clickÌý
Ìýon top of the drop-down to select everything:

- Access Detail Report
- Service Detail report
- Managed Service Details Report
- PVC-EVC Details Report
- Scheduled Events Report

10. Enter any additional filters
11. ClickÌýGenerate NowÌý to send a link to the report to your email addressÌý

12. ClickÌýCreate SubscriptionÌýto create a recurring report
13. Select how often and how long you want the report to be run and clickÌýSave Subscription
14. Rename the subscription andÌýSaveÌýyour changes
